About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced HR Manager-Generalist to join their team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, staffing, retention, benefits and other areas of HR functions. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive HR initiatives, foster a positive work culture, and align HR practices with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in alignment with business goals.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning to support business growth.
- Oversee and manage the performance management process, ensuring continuous employee development.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and industry regulations, minimizing legal risks.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and internal equity.
- Design and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
- Foster a strong organizational culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead HR analytics and reporting to provide insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive HR transformation.
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, record-keeping, and policy implementation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the UAE or the Middle East.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior management.
- Proficiency in HR software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus.
